Arasta Wahab , PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN
Arasta Wahab is a 19 year old sophomore at George Mason University majoring in Kinesiology to pursue Physical Therapy in the future. She has always had a passion for health and fitness while participating in sports in high school. Arasta fell in love with running and weightlifting, and wanted to learn more about the human body to educate others on why physical activity is so important.
Working out at a gym everyday inspired her to get her first job at Lifetime Fitness as a Lifeguard and a Facility Operations Team Member. Later, she switched over to Equinox Fitness and continued lifeguarding there. After two years of lifeguarding, she was confident enough in her knowledge of anatomy to begin a new experience in a physical therapy environment.
She is very excited to begin a new chapter at Loudoun Physical Therapy in hopes to motivate patients and develop bonds with the staff. Arasta enjoys spending time with friends and running in her spare time.
