Loudoun Physical & Occupational Therapy is a full-service, award-winning physical therapy practice with locations in both Landowne and Leesburg, VA. We also service the nearby cities of Ashburn, Sterling, Purcellville, Lovettsville, Reston, and Dulles. With a reputation for providing innovative, effective, and results-oriented therapies, the practice is led by a team of highly skilled experts who truly care about your health.

We are locally owned by a physical therapist who has strong roots of 30 + years helping people of Loudoun County remain healthy and active. Having opened in 1996,  Dr. Genevieve Griffin saw a need to establish a PT office where therapists focused on the whole person – something large national corporations weren’t offering.
